We’re looking for community organizers that organize any group related to the Philly tech ecosystem or want to create one.
Start your community today on RYLA and we’ll promote it during Philly Tech Week and tell the right type of potential members about it to help you build membership of your group.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
1) Create your profile and community card on RYLA >> Create/Access Account
2) Fill out your details and the About tab
3) Complete this Typeform to let us know about it! >> Typeform
4) Plan your community engagement
Add events to your community card for the next few months - either create events or share existing events your audience will care about
Plan to engage the community with chat, we recommend at least 1 message a week, but it depends on the nature of your community
5) Invite people to join & watch out for requests to join your community in email

Be clear about the audience for your community - who are the right types of members?
The size of the community is less important than the health of engagement - focus on online and offline engagement
It’s ok not to accept all requests to join - make sure new members are the right fit
